Best Choice Roofing is seeking Weather Damage experts / Sales Representatives in Manassas, VA. You will respond to warm leads, inspect roofs, and guide homeowners through restoration options, while canvassing neighborhoods for new business.

Qualifications

• Sales or customer service background is a plus
• Must possess a valid driver's license with access to a reliable vehicle
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required
• Capable of utilizing technology (smartphone apps)
• Ability to climb a ladder and scale roofs
• At least 40 hours of daytime availability weekly (Saturdays often required)

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm leads by visiting homeowners and conducting roof and property inspections
• Generate new leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify signs of roof damage
• Present findings to homeowners and guide restoration options
• Provide estimates and funding options and collect payments as required
• Work with insurance adjusters to facilitate best outcomes for homeowners
• Obtain agreements and contracts from homeowners for roof restoration services
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communication
