Best Choice Roofing is seeking Certified Roofing Specialists to assist homeowners with storm-damage assessments, roof restoration guidance, and insurance-claims navigation. This consultative, field-based role focuses on turning warm leads into contracts and helping homeowners access funding options for repairs.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in sales or customer service, a valid driver’s license, and comfort with technology for inspections and communications.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of sales, customer service, or consultative experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license with access to reliable vehicle transportation.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to use technology (computer and smartphone apps) and analyze information.
• Able to climb ladders and roofs for inspection; outdoor work and physical capability.

Responsibilities

• Respond to warm sales leads by visiting homeowners and closing contracts.
• Generate new sales leads through neighborhood canvassing and door knocking.
• Travel to storm-damaged areas to identify signs of roof and property damage.
• Inspect roofs and attics; present findings to homeowners after training.
• Educate homeowners on restoration processes and funding options.
• Provide estimates and collect payments as required.
• Coordinate with insurance companies and adjusters for best outcomes.
• Obtain agreements and contracts for roof restoration services.
• Attend weekly sales meetings and participate in team communications.
