J.Crew Factory is seeking a Payroll Planning & Labor Manager to own the full store payroll cycle and design staffing models across our multi-unit footprint. You will partner with FP&A and HR to forecast hours, wage rates and costs, while monitoring variances and driving profitability.

You’ll build labor standards, set scheduling guidelines, ensure compliance with Fair Workweek laws, and turn labor data into actionable insights for field leaders and senior management.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years in retail workforce management or labor planning
• Experience owning payroll budgets and forecasting
• Hands-on with workforce platforms: Dayforce, UKG/Kronos, Legion
• Advanced Excel skills; Power BI experience
• Strong communicator turning data into recommendations
• Excellent organizational skills across multiple projects
