J.Crew Factory seeks a Director of Merchandise Planning to set the financial and strategic planning direction across women's categories, guiding sales, margins, and inventory productivity. You will partner with Merchandising, Allocation, and the executive team to shape long-range assortment investment and pricing strategy.

You'll lead a planning team, define enterprise forecasting standards, and drive tools and processes that improve financial discipline across brands.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree and 12–15+ years in merchandise planning or financial analysis.
• Proven track record leading enterprise-wide planning strategy.
• Advanced analytical and financial modeling skills with Excel proficiency.
• Executive-level communication, presentation, and influencing abilities.
• Experience building and retaining senior leadership teams.

Responsabilidades

• Set divisional strategic direction for sales, margin, and inventory plans.
• Synthesize performance signals to shape long-range priorities.
• Align enterprise financial goals with brand and product strategy.
• Forecasting standards and governance across divisions and brands.
• Lead enterprise reviews and partner with Finance on reforecasting.
