Job summary

J.Crew Factory is seeking a Manager, Distribution Planning & Analytics to lead planning of merchandise flow, labor, and capacity across Retail and Wholesale Distribution centers. You will partner with DC leadership, finance, and wholesale teams to develop daily, weekly, and seasonal operating plans that support service, productivity, and cost objectives.

Using forecasts, historical trends, and operational data, you will ensure resources meet customer and store demand while driving visibility,

Responsibilities

• Develop labor, capacity, and merchandise flow plans for Retail and Wholesale distribution operations.
• Analyze forecasts, volume trends, promotions, and performance to build workload plans.
• Align staffing, capacity, and execution plans with business demand with DC leadership.
• Identify capacity risks and recommend actions to support service and productivity goals.
• Monitor forecast accuracy, performance, and plan attainment to drive continuous improvement.
• Support workforce planning through LMS standards and productivity metrics.
• Use data analysis and process improvements to increase throughput and efficiency.
• Create and maintain planning tools, dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
• Provide analysis and recommendations to improve visibility for informed decisions.
• Evaluate new tools and processes to enhance planning capabilities and visibility.
• Lead planning reviews and communicate priorities, risks, and recommendations to partners.
