Job summary

Target is offering a Stores Executive Internship, a paid 40 hr/week hands-on training program designed to develop and prepare you for the Stores Executive Leader (Assistant Store Manager) role over a defined period. You will work with mentors and leaders across the store to learn what it takes to excel in retail leadership.

As an intern, you will gain experience in guest service, daily operations, and team leadership, with opportunities to drive priorities and contribute to store performance

Qualifications

• This internship is a paid 40 hr/week program to develop and prepare you for store leadership.
• You will lead among the team, identify store priorities, and deliver guest service.

Responsibilities

• Lead store salesfloor and backroom to align daily priorities with team goals.
• Partner with store leaders to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
• Lead daily huddles and present priorities to peers and leadership.
• Deliver an exceptional guest experience by empowering team members to solve guest needs.
