Job summary

Target's Stores Executive Internship is a paid, 40 hr/week program designed to train you for store leadership and the Executive Team Leader role.

As an intern you will lead teams on the sales floor, learn from an ETL mentor, and gain experience across store operations, guest service, and merchandising.

Previous retail experience is preferred, and flexible hours may apply; this program offers hands-on leadership exposure and a pathway to a management career.

Qualifications

• Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Strong guest service focus and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Spending time on the store salesfloor and backroom leading team members and aligning daily priorities.
• Leading through daily priorities and mentoring team members.
• Delivering exceptional guest experiences and assisting with store operations.
