Job summary

Target Stores is offering a paid Stores Executive Internship, a hands-on training program designed to develop future store leaders. You will work with managers and team members to understand how Target's retail business operates and what it takes to excel in a leadership role.

As an intern, you will lead teams on the sales floor, participate in daily operations, and receive mentorship to grow in guest service, teamwork, and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred and helpful for guest service.
• Strong customer-service mindset and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead store sales floor and backroom activities to priorities.
• Work with a mentor to understand leadership roles within the store.
• Lead daily huddles, plan goals, and communicate priorities to the team.
• Support guests, train team members, and help drive sales and service excellence.
