Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Warehouse Associate to join our team at a customer location. You will receive, stock, and dispatch goods, following established procedures and safety guidelines.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3+ months of related experience. Proficiency with basic computer systems and the ability to lift up to 25 lbs are expected. Overtime and variable shifts may apply.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ months relevant experience or training.
• Ability to read safety rules and work orders; basic math skills.
• Willingness to work in varying shifts and physically able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Completes shipments by processing and loading orders; reads schedules and orders to determine items to move.
• Unloads, receives and stores goods; checks for damage and discrepancies.
• Sorts, labels, moves and stores goods according to size, style, or product codes.
• Picks, packs, and dispatches outgoing goods; uses pick sheets to locate items.
• Operates warehouse equipment as needed (forklifts, pallet jacks).
• Maintains stock records in database and assists in inventory counts.
