Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to work at a customer site, performing daily receiving, stocking, issuing and cycle counting of inventory while keeping a professional, clean and organized workspace.

You will unload and store goods, enter stock data, and help maintain accurate records, with forklift experience preferred. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required. Vallen offers strong benefits, advancement opportunities, and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ months warehouse experience.
• Experience in loading, unloading, picking, packing or moving goods; forklift preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders.
• Basic math and ability to compute rate, ratio and percent.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Teamwork mentality and self-motivation; detail-oriented and safety-minded.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive and store incoming product; check for damage and discrepancies.
• Sort, label, move and store items to optimize crib space.
• Issue product to site employees and maintain accurate records.
• Enter data into a database to maintain stock records and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with inventory cycle counts and report results.
• Maintain safe, clean work environment and assist with tools and equipment as needed.
• Perform other related duties as requested.
