Job summary

Vallen USA is seeking a Storeroom Warehouse Associate in Lincoln, NE. You will be responsible for receiving, stocking and dispatching goods at a customer location, following defined procedures and safety rules. This role requires basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse software.

The job includes operating warehouse equipment, maintaining accurate inventory, and ensuring timely, safe delivery of materials to customers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent coupled with 3+ months relevant experience and/or training.
• Basic computer knowledge; ability to learn and use warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Receives, handles, stocks and stores goods in storeroom/warehouse.
• Unloads, inspects and stores incoming goods; checks for damage and discrepancies.
• Sorts, labels, moves and stores items; maintains shelves and storage layout.
• Prepares, packs and dispatches outgoing goods; uses pick sheets to locate items.
• Loads trucks for customer delivery; ensures proper packaging and routing.
• Maintains stock records in computer system; documents discrepancies and updates inventory.
• Operates warehouse equipment as needed (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.).
• Assists in inventory counts and follows safety regulations.

Skills

Forklift/Cherry picker experience

Reading/comprehension of work orders

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
