Job summary

Vallen Distribution is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to support daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting at customer sites. You will maintain an orderly work area and ensure accurate stock records.

You will unload and store goods, label and locate items, and assist with inventory counts. The role requires basic computer skills and teamwork in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ months relevant experience and/or training.
• Experience loading, unloading, picking, packing in a warehouse; forklift experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, work orders, and manuals.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn warehouse software.

Responsibilities

• Unloads, receives and stores incoming product and equipment; checks for damage and discrepancies.
• Sorts and stores items on racks; arranges storage to optimize crib space.
• Issues items to site employees and maintains accurate stock records.
• Enters data to maintain up-to-date stock records and respond to inquiries.
• Performs cycle counts and inventories; delivers tools/equipment to work sites.
• Inspects tools/equipment for defects and reports issues to supervision.
