Job summary

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is seeking a Back Storeroom Coordinator to support Storeroom operations at the Sumter, SC site. The role focuses on coordinating daily material handling, ensuring inventory accuracy, and supporting production needs.

Ideal candidates have a minimum of 3 years in manufacturing/materials processing, forklift experience, and proficiency with MS Office. The position offers an hourly wage of $25.00 and eligibility for a variable incentive program, with no relocation

Qualifications

High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.
Minimum of 3 years of manufacturing or materials processing experience.
Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
Forklift experience required.
No relocation benefits; candidates must reside within 50 miles of Sumter, SC.
Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Coordinate with production to procure materials and components to support schedules.
Process and route all NCMRs by end of day.
Coordinate cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain inventory accuracy.
Review kit checks to ensure materials are available for production.
Participate in Tier 2 meetings and communicate material and operational issues.
Maintain the Clear Dock Report and resolve open items promptly.
Perform process checks to ensure storeroom compliance and inventory control.
Collaborate with Production and Purchasing to resolve material issues and drive improvements.
