Job summary

ARAUCO - North America is seeking a Storeroom Lead for their manufacturing site in Moncure, NC. This role involves supervising Storeroom Technicians and ensuring efficient storeroom operations, including oversight of shipments and inventory.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years Manufacturing experience required.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Ability to lead the vendors management process preferred.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise Storeroom Technicians and/or other assigned employees.
• Provide leadership, coaching, training, and performance management.
• Ensure team members properly gather, label, and stage materials.

Skills

Forklift certified

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Computerized maintenance management systems knowledge

Strong written and communication skills

Self-motivated and strong organizational skills

Detail oriented

Education
