Job summary

Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort seeks a dedicated food warehouse lead to manage daily operations, inventory, and procurement. You will oversee receiving, storage, and distribution to outlets, ensuring accurate banquet orders and stock levels.

This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with culinary teams, maintaining storeroom organization, and supporting procurement and inventory master maintenance.

Qualifications

• Pallet jack experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and assist with daily organization and leadership of the food warehouse.
• Review banquet event orders for items and accuracy; assist inventory counts and scheduling.
• Maintain food storeroom organization and supervise flow of food from receiving to delivery at outlets.
• Identify shortages on inbound invoices to ensure proper stock levels.
• Maintain inventory master and procurement system; identify BEO items for procurement.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Plan and assist with daily organization and leadership of the food warehouse including:
• Reviewing banquet event orders for items and accuracy, semiannual inventory count process, team scheduling and food purchasing as needed.
• Maintains food storeroom organization and daily operations, supervises flow of food from receiving to delivery at outlets.
• Identifies and communicates shortages on inbound invoices to assure proper stock levels of items.
• Administrative work to include maintenance of inventory master and associated item numbers within procurement system, and BEO item identification for procurement.
