Hyatt Hotels Corporation, Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort, is seeking a Food and Beverage Supervisor to lead the F&B team at the Tiki Taka venue in Scottsdale, AZ. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service, supervising staff, and ensuring quality beverage program execution.

This full-time opportunity offers a starting pay of $23.00 per hour with the chance to develop leadership competencies in a renowned luxury hotel brand. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

F&B Supervisors possess strong leadership, communication, and relationship skills. They are expected to support senior leadership by developing and assuming basic management responsibilities. This role leads other associates by coaching, giving direction, and may include training and scheduling. F&B Supervisors must demonstrate fundamental food and beverage knowledge and serve as the liaison between culinary and F&B operations. This position plays a significant role in the overall outlet performance, which includes product quality and service standards.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

• Previous supervisory experience in an upscale setting preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of cocktails, wine, and premium spirits.
• Strong leadership, guest service, and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid food handlers license preferred.
