Job summary

Hyatt Scottsdale Grand Hyatt Scottsdale Resort is seeking a guest services team member to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences. This role emphasizes friendly, efficient service in a fast-paced environment, with PM shift schedules and a strong emphasis on guest satisfaction.

The position offers an hourly starting rate with tips, comprehensive benefits for full-time colleagues, and opportunities for growth within Hyatt’s renowned hospitality network.

• Open availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Starting Rate: $16.00 per hour plus tips.
• Majority PM shifts (e.g., 1:30pm–9:30pm or 3:00pm–9:30pm).
• Provide courteous guest service in a fast-paced environment.
• Stand for long periods and assist guests as needed.
• Lift, push, and pull moderate weight (about 25 lb).
