Job summary

The Purchasing & Receiving Supervisor at OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park, part of Pyramid Global Hospitality, oversees daily purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and storeroom operations. You will lead receiving staff, coordinate with vendors, verify order accuracy and product quality, and maintain procurement records to support smooth resort operations.

You will ensure policy compliance, coordinate deliveries, and uphold safety standards at the Oklahoma City property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Previous purchasing, receiving, or inventory experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with procurement systems, inventory tracking, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Manage Receiving and Inventory Control
• Verify Shipments and check for order accuracy and product/packaging quality
• Maintain accurate receiving records in the resort’s procurement system
• Enforce OKANA purchasing policies, safety standards, and product rotation
• Coordinate delivery of supplies to all departments throughout the resort
