Job summary

Pyramid Global Hospitality’s OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City seeks a Purchasing & Receiving Supervisor to lead daily buying, receiving, and storeroom operations. You will supervise the receiving team, verify shipments and order accuracy, and maintain meticulous procurement records to support resort efficiency.

Responsibilities include enforcing procurement policies, coordinating vendors, and ensuring product quality.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Previous purchasing, receiving or inventory experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with procurement systems, inventory tracking, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and storeroom operations.
• Supervise receiving staff and coordinate with vendors and resort departments.
• Verify order accuracy, product quality, and maintain procurement records.
• Enforce purchasing policies, safety standards, and product rotation.
• Coordinate delivery of supplies to all departments across the resort.
