Qualifications

• Strong organizational, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily purchasing, receiving, and inventory control activities.
• Train, schedule, and direct receiving team members.
• Verify shipments, purchase orders, product quality, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate receiving records and inventory in procurement systems.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments to ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Enforce OKANA purchasing policies, safety standards, and product rotation.
