Pyramid Global Hospitality invites applications for a Purchasing & Receiving Supervisor at OKANA Resort & Indoor Water Park in Oklahoma City. The role oversees daily purchasing, receiving, inventory control, and storeroom operations, supervising the receiving staff and coordinating with vendors and resort departments.

You will verify order accuracy/quality, maintain procurement records, and ensure compliance with OKANA policies while supporting efficient resort operations and service excellence.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred.
• Previous experience in purchasing/receiving.
• Previous purchasing, receiving, or inventory experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Proficiency with procurement systems, inventory tracking, and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational, vendor coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead a team and communicate clearly in English.
• Computer proficiency to manage receiving process, utilize hotel computer systems, and record inventories.
• Organization skills to manage storerooms and deliver supplies according to OKANA standards.
• Strong communications skills; read, write, and speak English fluently.
