Qualifications

• 6 months to 1 year of storeroom or warehouse experience.
• Excellent communication skills, both oral and written.
• Good knowledge of food products, specifications, storage, and rotation procedures.
• High School diploma or GED with computer training; college preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store all food, supplies and equipment for the unit.
• Rotate stock (FIFO) and issue stored items to authorized personnel.
• Order all goods and supplies based on department needs.
• Ensure shelves are clean and storage areas stay neat.
• Meet all sanitation guidelines and maintain inventory security.
• Other duties as assigned.
