Job summary

Omni Hotels & Resorts seeks a Storeroom Clerk to maintain daily food, beverage, and general storeroom operations, ensuring accurate inventory control and proper storage procedures. You will respond promptly to requests and deliver products efficiently to support culinary, banquet, and hotel departments.

The role requires attention to detail, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and strong teamwork to ensure seamless hotel operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing/receiving and/or previous hotel experience preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation and teamwork.
• Clear verbal and written English communication.

Responsibilities

• Receive, store, and issue all food, beverage, and general storerooms products under supervision.
• Inspect and unpack received merchandise and stock accordingly.
• Maintain storeroom organization and proper item placement as directed by management.
• Apply FIFO rotation and date goods; assist with pricing and dating groceries.
• Record temperatures and monitor refrigeration units; log daily observations.
• Assist with end-of-month inventories and closing requisitions.
