Job summary

Vallen is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to operate at a customer site, handling daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting of inventory. You will maintain a clean, organized workspace and support efficient operations.

The role emphasizes accuracy, safety, teamwork, and effective communication to ensure timely tool and material availability for-site teams. Overtime and physical requirements may apply.

Qualifications

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and work orders.
• Basic computer skills and aptitude to learn; experience with MS-Office is preferred.
• Basic math skills and the ability to compute rates and percentages.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and store incoming products and materials.
• Label, sort, and place items in racks or bins, optimizing crib space.
• Issue items to site employees and maintain accurate records.
• Enter stock data into a database and respond to inquiries about inventory levels.
• Perform cycle counts and help maintain inventory accuracy.
• Inspect tools and equipment and report wear or damage to supervisors.
• Deliver tools or equipment to work locations as needed.
• Perform related duties as requested.
