Job summary

Vallen Distribution, Inc is seeking a Storeroom Crib Attendant to support customer sites with receiving, stocking, issuing and cycle counting of inventory. You will maintain organized storage spaces and accurate stock records while ensuring safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities include data entry, replenishment requests, and assisting with periodic counts. The role requires basic math, forklift experience preferred, and strong teamwork and communication skills in a dynamic warehouse

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with 3+ months relevant experience.
• Experience loading/unloading, picking, packing in a warehouse; forklift experience preferred.
• Basic computer skills; proficiency with MS Office and inventory systems.
• Strong math, reading, and data entry abilities; safety minded.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Attention to detail and accuracy required.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs and work in varying temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and put away incoming goods; check for damage or discrepancies.
• Sort, label, store items; optimize crib space.
• Issue items to site employees and maintain issued/returned records.
• Enter data into inventory systems and respond to inquiries.
• Perform cycle counts and prepare inventory reports.
• Inspect tools/equipment for defects and report issues.
• Deliver tools to work locations and assist with replenishments.
• May work with hazardous materials following safety procedures.
