Job summary

Vallen is hiring a Storeroom Attendant to support daily receiving, stocking, issuing, and cycle counting at a customer site. The role emphasizes maintaining a clean, organized work environment and accurate stock control.

You will work at a customer location, handling duties from receiving to inventory verification, and collaborating with team members to meet daily targets and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 3+ months of relevant warehouse experience preferred.
• Proficiency reading safety rules, work orders, and manuals.
• Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn (MS Office, ERP tools).
• Strong communication and customer service mindset.
• Ability to work in a team and stay safety-minded.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Unload, receive, and store incoming goods; inspect for damage and discrepancies.
• Sort, label, and store items; organize crib space efficiently.
• Issue items to site employees; maintain accurate issued/returned records.
• Enter stock data into computerized systems and respond to inquiries.
• Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.
• Perform periodic inventory or perpetual inventory checks.
