Ashley Furniture is seeking a Retail Warehouse Associate to maintain optimal on-floor inventory and support the Visual Merchandiser with product placement. You will oversee warehouse operations, including setup, wrapping, and storage for customer pick-up or delivery, while keeping the space clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Legally authorized to work in the US.
• At least 18 years old.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and transport objects over 100 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Unload and load products from semi-trailers.
• Maintain floor inventory and arrange showroom floor.
• Wrap and store sold products for delivery or pickup.
• Communicate with Visual Merchandiser to prioritize floor changes.
• Handle clerical tasks of warehouse operations, including product receipt.
• Receive and install parts for repairing floor samples as needed.
• Organize the warehouse and backroom, keeping areas clean.
• Perform minor building maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Complete the weekly warehouse checklist.
• Assist in reducing store operating expenses related to warehouse functions.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
