They are responsible for providing fast, friendly customer service, helping customers navigate the wide range of products, and impacting customer satisfaction, store profitability, and our mission.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Work Experience:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier only).
• Support of operations to drive sales targets (Cashier only).
• 4+ years outdoor hobbies, interests, and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers; bilingual skills a plus.
• Effective problem-solving and communication skills.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and follow safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with basic math and understanding instructions.
• Operate POS equipment and related tools (Cashier only).
• Write routine reports and maintain inventory software (Cashier only).
• Passion for outdoor hobbies like fishing, hunting, shooting, and camping (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• Must meet legal requirements for firearm sales (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member only).
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and equipment.
• Provide friendly, prompt customer service.
• Knowledge of emergency procedures.
• Strong situational awareness skills.

• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good hearing and vision to perform duties.
• Adhere to company policies and work hours.
