Sales Team Member Positions:

Logistics/Merchandising/Operations Positions:

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier only).
• Supporting operational excellence and sales targets (Cashier only).
• Outdoor hobbies and skills, fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers, bilingual is a plus.
• Effective problem solving and communication.
• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Mathematical and common sense skills.
• Operate POS and related equipment (Cashier only).
• Proficient in inventory software (Cashier only).
• Passionate about outdoor hobbies (Outdoor Enthusiast only).
• Meet legal requirements for firearm sales (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member only).
• Use of basic tools and equipment.
• Provide friendly customer service.
• Emergency procedures knowledge.
• Situational awareness skills.

Responsibilities:

• Refer to detailed job descriptions.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Hearing and vision requirements.
• Adherence to work hours and policies.
• Physical abilities including walking, reaching, lifting, and standing.
• Lift up to 10 pounds constantly and up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Visual acuity requirements.
