Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Associates or Bachelor's in Criminal Justice preferred (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Work Experiences:

• Previous related work experience preferred.
• Operating POS equipment, symbol, and telephone preferred (Cashier Only).
• Supporting people and processes to drive operational excellence and sales targets (Cashier Only).
• 4+ years of outdoor hobbies, interests, and skills; fishing and hunting experience preferred (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• CPR and First Responder certification is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).
• Loss Prevention or Criminal Justice background is a plus (Asset Protection Team Member Only).

Skills:

• Excellent customer service orientation.
• Ability to connect and build rapport with customers, with bilingual skills as a plus.
• Effective problem solving and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read, interpret, and follow safety and operational documents.
• Proficiency with basic math and applying instructions.
• Operate and train others on POS equipment (Cashier Only).
• Write routine reports and correspondence (Cashier Only).
• Knowledge of inventory software and order processing systems (Cashier Only).
• Passion and expertise in outdoor hobbies like fishing, hunting, shooting, and camping (Outdoor Enthusiast Only).
• Must meet federal and state requirements for firearms transactions (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Must qualify for FOID card in Illinois (Fishing and Hunting Sales Team Member Only).
• Proficiency with basic hand tools and cleaning equipment.
• Provide prompt, friendly customer service.
• Knowledge of emergency response procedures.
• Strong situational awareness and observation skills.

Physical Requirements & Attendance:

• Flexible schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Good hearing and vision to perform job duties.
• Adherence to work hours, policies, and rules.

• Lift up to 10 pounds constantly; up to 60 pounds occasionally.
• Stand and use hands and fingers constantly.
