Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead store operations, sales, and customer experience in our New York location. You will supervise staff, ensure brand standards, and execute merchandising and loss-prevention practices while delivering exceptional service to fans and customers.

You will train and coach team members, manage daily operations, and uphold company policies to drive performance and a welcoming store environment. Strong leadership and organizational skills are essential.

• Ability to work unsupervised and manage duties on duty when needed.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints, and related tasks.
• Lead and develop store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Execute company directives, promotions, and procedures with adherence to policies.
• Maintain store operations, cash handling, inventory processes, and visual merchandising.
• Open/close store and support inventory audits and store readiness.
