Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations and help build a sales and service culture delivering best-in-class service for our customers. You will supervise team members, assist training, ensure compliance with alcohol laws, maintain safety and cleanliness, and contribute to a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere.

This role requires 1-3 years in retail with supervisory experience, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• 1-3 years of experience, 1+ year of supervisory role in retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Support service team, merchandising and front-end operations to drive sales and KPIs.
• Lead by example to deliver outstanding customer service and resolve issues.
• Supervise team members and support training and development.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain safe, clean store environment.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
