Job summary

Total Wine & More is seeking a Supervisor to support store operations, lead the service team, and drive sales while delivering best-in-class customer experiences. You will report to store management and help build a welcoming atmosphere, coaching peers and maintaining compliance with alcohol regulations.

The role requires 1–3 years in retail supervisory work, strong interpersonal skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience, 1+ year in a supervisory role within retail.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a team mindset.
• Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software.

Responsibilities

• Support store operations and management to grow the brand.
• Lead service team and front-end operations, drive sales, and KPIs.
• Provide outstanding customer service by leading by example.
• Train and develop team members, monitor product knowledge and selling skills.
• Ensure compliance with alcohol laws and maintain a safe store environment.
