• Leads omni-channel operations including BOPIS, BOSFS, BISSO, and phone management.
• Oversees receiving, transfers, and replenishment to the sales floor.
• Acts as Leader on Duty to drive conversion, sales, and customer loyalty.
• Trains associates, communicates standards, and supports career development.
