Formación

• 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• Associates will be required to attend and successfully complete all job-required trainings and assessments.

Responsabilidades

• Provides supervision and development opportunities for hourly associates by hiring, training, and mentoring; assigning duties; setting clear expectations; recognizing associates; promoting a belonging mindset.
• Leads and develops teams by teaching, training, and actively listening; touring stores and giving feedback; communicating with all levels regarding store operations, merchandising, and company direction.
