Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum Qualifications: 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
• For facilities that sell firearms, acknowledge CBC and firearms training requirements as applicable.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership via Live Better U and Bellevue University; experience supervising 5+ direct reports including performance management and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by teaching training and listening to associates, touring stores, and providing feedback.
• Drives the financial performance and sales by reviewing PL statements, budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses.
• Ensures compliance with policies, promotes a culture of belonging, and supports community outreach and customer service initiatives.
