• 2 years’ of college
• 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
• 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience
• Acknowledgement of CBC/Firearms training where applicable
• Attendance and completion of all job-required trainings (Academy, Open Door, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop hourly associates by hiring, training, mentoring, and assigning duties.
• Set clear expectations, provide recognition, and promote a sense of belonging in the workplace.
• Mentor teams, communicate objectives, and drive business initiatives and change.
• Ensure customer service initiatives are executed and customer issues resolved.
• Coordinate relationships with stakeholders and monitor progress toward goals.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and controlling expenses to meet sales targets.
