Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks of the role.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Handle directives and store communications from corporate.
• Maintain promotional displays and store fixtures.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merchandise, and record keeping.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets, including cash, and follow safety policies.
• Help supervise, train, and develop store associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
