ALDI USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the effective operation of our Maryland store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive sales, control expenses, and ensure customer satisfaction while developing a positive, collaborative team culture.

Starting wage is $26.50 per hour with a wage increase to $27.50 in year two. You will lead through action planning, staff development, and adherence to ALDI policies, while maintaining merchandising standards and safety.
