Qualifications

• 18 years or older required.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with store manager guidance.
• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to store personnel; leads and develops the team.
• Assists the store manager with action plans to improve operating results and personnel development.
• Leads store tours during interview events and provides hiring recommendations.
• Informs the store manager of team developments and concerns promptly.
• Interacts effectively with ALDI employees, customers, vendors and business partners.
