Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred with supervisory exposure.
• Ability to coach and develop Team Members.
• Read, write, and count accurately; strong service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI workflows and store recovery routines.
