Job summary

Tractor Supply is seeking a Team Leader to support Store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. You will lead by example, focus on top selling performance, and own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery.

You will also support BOPIS/OMNI execution and daily store operations. The role requires flexibility, strong coaching skills, and a commitment to safety and policy adherence.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Use A+ Coaching routines to develop Team Members, improve selling behaviors, and reinforce consistent operating standards.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own full weekly Clothing Department recovery, including assigned standards and follow-up.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking, staging, Customer handoff, and follow-up as assigned.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines as assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Manager.
