Job summary

Tractor Supply Company in North Carolina is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach team members, and own sales-floor presentation areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery. You will help deliver Legendary Service and lead assigned team members during shifts while ensuring store readiness and customer engagement.

The role requires retail experience, supervisory experience preferred, and the ability to work varied hours.

Qualifications

• Retail experience preferred; supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach team members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Lead team members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Support store readiness and BOPIS/OMNI activities as assigned.
• Operate cash register and related equipment and assist customers.
