Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor presentation areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and clothing recovery.

The role emphasizes flexibility in hours, strong customer engagement, and frontline leadership to drive store performance and teamwork across shifts and departments.

Qualifications

• Must be available; flexible, adaptable, service-oriented.
• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, and Endcap execution and recovery.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution, including picking and handoff to customers.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
