Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, drive Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas. You will lead shifts, promote safety, and ensure Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery are maintained to standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Reading, writing, and counting skills required.

Responsabilités

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, and have the ability to work varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as dictated by business needs.
• Uphold and promote a safe and productive work environment by following and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce Leading with Legendary behaviors through Customer engagement, Team Member coaching, and accountability for execution.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing, and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including task delegation, follow-up, service expectations, and safe work practices.
• Support front-end, sales-floor, recovery, and Customer engagement routines as assigned by the Store Manager or Sales Manager.
