Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; reading, writing and counting skills required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain attendance and work varied shifts as needed.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and clothing recovery tasks.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and customer handoff processes.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks safely.
• Operate POS and basic store equipment as needed.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
