Job summary

The Tractor Supply Company team in Southport, NC is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, deliver Legendary Service, and coach Team Members. You will own Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, clothing recovery, and BOPIS/OMNI support as needed.

You’ll lead shifts, supervise peers, and help ensure a safe, welcoming store that consistently meets sales and presentation standards while engaging customers and building a strong team.

Qualifications

• Retail experience or farming knowledge preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts and delegate tasks.
• Own Power Panel execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing and recovery.
• Own Clipstrip execution, maintenance, replenishment, signing and recovery.
• Own Endcap execution, maintenance, signing and recovery.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach Team Members to improve selling behaviors.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution and store readiness.
• Operates cash register and assist customers as needed.
