Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is hiring a Team Leader to support store leadership, drive Legendary Service, coach Team Members, and own key sales-floor areas including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery. The role requires flexibility to work varied hours and a commitment to safety and store standards.

You will lead shifts, coach team members, and ensure strong customer engagement and merchandising execution to deliver a high-quality shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leading with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement and coaching.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with task delegation and accountability.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap execution, maintenance, signing, and recovery.
• Own Clothing Department recovery and merchandising standards.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI execution including picking and customer handoff.
• Support Store readiness and front-end, sales-floor, and recovery routines as assigned by Store Manager.
