Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own assigned sales-floor presentation areas, including Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps and clothing recovery.

The role involves leading shifts, ensuring safety, delivering Legendary Service, and coordinating BOPIS/OMNI tasks as needed.

This position requires reliability, flexibility, and a customer-focused approach in a busy rural retailer setting.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail is preferred and supervisory experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts with delegation and coaching.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and clothing recovery execution and replenishment.
• Support BOPIS/OMNI and front-end/sales-floor routines.
• Deliver Legendary Service and coach for selling behaviors.
