Job summary

Tractor Supply Company is seeking a Team Leader to support store leadership, coach Team Members, and own critical sales-floor presentation areas. The role emphasizes top selling performance and owning Power Panels, Clipstrips, Endcaps, and Clothing recovery as part of the omni-channel responsibilities.

The position requires delivering Legendary Service, coaching, and ensuring safe, efficient store operations.

Qualifications

• Retail experience and/or farming, ranching, pet/equine, or welding knowledge is strongly preferred.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Maintain regular and predictable attendance.
• Work scheduled shifts, with varied hours, days, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Uphold a safe and productive work environment by following policies and procedures.
• Deliver Legendary Service and reinforce leading with Legendary behaviors through customer engagement and coaching.
• Own Power Panel, Clipstrip, Endcap, and Clothing recovery with staffing and adherence to standards.
• Lead assigned Team Members during shifts, including delegation, follow-up, and safety.
